As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be working with a team of experts who have harnessed the latest technologies and cutting-edge strategies to bring their client base solutions that are not just ahead of the curve but set the curve itself.

This business offers multiple services in the financial services and wealth management space.

They are not like most businesses in this sector. They are entrepreneurs that help company owners, self-employed, contractors, content creators and influencers by connecting them with skilled professionals in multiple areas to assist with their every need.

You will offer services such as accounting, payroll, mortgages, pensions and insurance or it could be concierge type services such as luxury accommodation, yacht or aircraft charter, personal chefs, event management, VIP tickets and lifestyle management.

The primary goal for this Client Relationship Executive, is to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

What we are looking for:

An ambitious person who can be flexible, dynamic, work on initiative, a people person. Your clients are extremely diverse, we need people who can be the same. No two days are the same.

Duties:

* Outbound calls to incoming leads to either set appointments or onboard new clients

* Establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, expectations, and concerns.

* Effectively communicating with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues. Clear and open communication helps build trust.

* Being knowledgeable about the products or services on offer and understanding how they meet the client's needs.

* Keeping accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and preferences in a CRM system.

* Liaise with team members and ensure new client onboarding is successful.

* Provide support to Directors & founders with critical admin tasks.

* Assist with creative content for marketing channels & social media.

* Establish new partnerships with new suppliers.
