Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relationship Manager. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with assigned clients to ensure their satisfaction with CLM’s services. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise, as well as upselling additional services to clients.

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to identify and address client needs and concerns
- Experience in sales or account management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the fleet management industry is a plus
