We provide industry-leading recruitment services to employers and jobseekers across the Oxfordshire and Warwickshire region.We are now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Relationship Manager, to become the first point of contact for all our clients (employers). You will be regularly liaising with clients through scheduled telephone calls, video and face to face meetings, to create a regular flow of business opportunities into the agency, and to ensure that our clients are consistently delighted with our service!There will be a good mix of liaison between existing clients and new, prospect clients and therefore we are looking for a self-motivated individual with previous B2B sales/account management experience. Most importantly, you must really enjoy speaking with people at all levels in business, and be confident to go to in-person client meetings.Key duties & responsibilities: Generation of new business opportunities through proactively contacting clients via telephone/email/Linkedin etc, to generate business sales pipeline, ensuring that targets are achieved. Creating regular email marketing mailshots, following up on all leads generated. Contacting all existing clients on a regular basis to ensure understanding of our full range of services and to maximise all commercial opportunities. Track and maintain all leads and pipeline in our CRM. Be responsible for taking feedback from clients, taking ownership for any issues and escalating if required. Ensuring that all companies & contacts have been correctly updated in the CRM and that all documentation is current and in place as required. All calls, meetings and sales activity logged on CRM.Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience working in a customer-facing sales role, in a Business to Business (B2B) environment. Able to demonstrate competence in consultative selling, with excellent communication skills. Self-starter and a confident 'opener', able to create and develop business relationships with decision makers. Good general IT skills (MS Office) and administrative skills. Have own transport and driving license.You'll receive a very competitive basic salary, regular bonus for achieving pipeline targets and opportunities for future development as the business scales up.We are looking for someone to work for 3 days per week, on a permanent, part-time basis.
