Currently recruiting for a 12 month FTCClient Reporting Manager to work within the busy Operations Team of a leading Financial Services company.
- Office based, Edinburgh City Centre – Monday – Friday 35 hours per week
- Accountable for personal and team members understanding and adherence to Risk and Control, Policy Frameworks specific to the role in Operations.
- Ensure the team develop and achieve required performance standards both individually and collectively, through meaningful 1-2-1s, development conversations, coaching and feedback.
- Proactively plan and manage resource across Operations, in line with performance targets and be accountable to all defined deadlines.
- Ensure all deliverables are met within your area.
- Ensure your team adheres to all Company Policies and Regulatory Codes of Conduct.
- Take accountability for the completion of activity that contributes towards positive Employee Engagement culture.
- Identify and be able to demonstrate the use of appropriate delegation within your team, supporting development aspirations.
- Always ensure client confidentiality.
- Embed and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement within your team working collaboratively with Operational support resource.
- Management experience within financial services essential, preferably within Operations.
- Experience in people management, leading and coaching teams essential.
- Good level of IT proficiency including Excel.
- Excellent communicator and ability to adapt style and message to stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent motivator and proven ability to use own initiative.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
