This role will allow you to have full exposure to clients within the business, providing them an exceptional service whilst developing your skillset further.

The Role:

• Oversee the production, printing, and online dispatch of individual and bulk client outputs and documentation for various client types.
• Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory deadlines and team responsibilities.
• Manage production, printing, and online dispatch of client correspondence, periodic valuation/statements, and annual tax statements.
• Conduct thorough control checks to ensure the quality of Client Reporting.
• Coordinate closely with internal units to provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.
• Administer incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, scanning, and archiving.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the team’s diverse activities.

To succeed you will need:

• Previous financial services experience
• Wealth management experience desirable
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated to learn and grow
• Ability to multitask
• Team player
