About the job
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a small client services team in an Account Director capacity or similar.
Job Purpose
Oversee and manage the account management team
Manage certain key customer accounts
Work closely with and support the wider team
Assist with the continual development of the account management team
Work closely with the business development team to identify and exploit all existing client opportunities
Closely work with the Operations Director with the on-boarding of new opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Account management of predefined Customer Accounts
- Quoting and raising of job tickets for production staff
- To understand and deal with client facing issues
- To assist with tenders and new business opportunities
- To undertake regular client review meetings
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested by management
