Client Service Administrator
Permanent, Monday to Friday
Hybrid, 3 days office

If you thrive in a position that supports others, then look no further! We are looking for somebody who will be able to rise to the challenge and provide administrative support to a team of busy Client Account Managers.
This will require the following skills;
- Communication
- Problem solving
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Problem resolution
This is a fantastic, varied position offering a variety of daily tasks where no two days are the same. Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Effectively building internal and external relationships
- Data analysis, generating reports, identifying trends and opportunities
- Promptly managing day to day enquiries
- Maintaining client satisfaction, complaint resolution
- Stock control
The reason for this opportunity is due to an increase in business levels along with the company having several projects in the pipeline which will see plenty of growth over the coming months, so it really is an exciting time to join the team.
