Role: -Client service Coordinator (Testing, Inspection & Certification)

Location: -Derby - Hybrid role with combination of office and homework (1-3 day from office

Russell-Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Service Coordinator to join a Global Third-Party Testing Company. This role is a permanent position with a hybrid combination of home and office work which will be based in Derby. You will be required to be on site 1-3 days a week.
This is an office-based role where you will be working within a team of nine. For this role, my client is looking for someone with previous experience within the Testing, Inspection and Certification industry, this is essential for the role.
What will I do day to day?
• Be required to schedule in management systems audits between the auditor and client, whilst ensuring that it's booked in and taken place when required.
• Allocate work to the audit team based on their availability, location and customer priorities.
• Create and maintain a clear work plan of allocated work, completed work and projected forecast of workload incoming.
• Create excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and external customers.
• Maximize the delivery of work in an efficient manner.
• Keep up to date with both administration and database management in relation to audits booked and client interaction.
• Respond to client queries via email and telephone, ensuring that the queries are dealt with promptly and a resolved to adequately.
What skills/requirements do I need to have for this role?
• Previous administrative, support service or project coordination experience within the testing, inspection and certification industry, specialising in ideally management system audits.
• Due to you being point of contact for customers- you must have excellent communication (written & verbal).
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and be able to switch tasks when required so excellent organisational skills are a must.
• Ability to work within a team, but independently.
• Excellent IT skills- MS Teams, Word, Excel, Database etc.
