Our client designs, develops and services luxury real estate projects for HNW individuals and families in London, as well as provide a range of additional LUXURY LIFESTYLE services. Our client is now establishinga new business venture to serve as a lifestyle partner for their high-net-worth client base, helping them to achieve the best possible outcomes in all areas of their personal lives, saving them time, minimising costs and eliminating disappointment.
The new company will comprise a team of in-house professionals that is informed and supported by a global network of well-connected individuals and experts, enabling it to navigate luxury markets across multiple geographies and serve a global client base. Their services will cover a wide range of markets and needs, including art, luxury goods, travel, entertainment, networking, health, education, estate planning and much more, with a professional team evaluating, referencing, advising, negotiating, structuring, documenting and executing for its members.
THE ROLE:
Currently assembling a highly talented team to launch the business, they are looking for high-calibre individuals who will serve as the day-to-day lead contacts with their members.
As a Client Service Lead, you will develop a close working relationship with our client’s members and their teams, taking responsibility for the receipt and fulfilment of all member requests, and coordinating with the in-house team of professionals, the global expert network and external suppliers to achieve successful outcomes.
This demanding and varied role would suit candidates from a variety of service backgrounds that will equip them for the position, such as hospitality, travel, luxury goods, yachting and Private PAs.
This is a full-time, in-person role that will require candidates to be based in their beautiful Mayfair offices Monday-Friday. Salary is open for the right candidate, as our client wants to hire the best possible people for these new roles.
