Client Services Administrator
GRG are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our client's team as a Client Services and Operations Assistant. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations within their organisation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction -
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing timely and professional responses. Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive client experience. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and communication.- Administrative Support - Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry. Assist in the creation and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Coordinate meetings and events, handling logistics and communication as needed
- Operations Coordination - Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Client Services and operations. Identify areas for improvement in workflows and suggest solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and communications. Prepare regular reports summarising key client service metrics and operational activities.
- Problem Resolution - Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
About You:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in Client Services or operations support is preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem solver with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle pressure with composure.
Job Offer:
- Monday to Friday / 9am to 5pm
- Office Based / Birmingham City Centre
- Up to £11.80 an hour
