Client Services Administrator

Juice is thrilled to be supporting a prominent employer in Melksham in their search for a Client Services Administrator to join their talented team.

The role will entail prompt, accurate and timely sales administrative support as a part of the wider team alongside supporting the International Sales Manager.

DAY TO DAY:

• Code and input all customer orders accurately onto the database and liaise with Shipping and Warehouse.
• Follow up and action any 'Goods In Failure’ and ensure daily deliveries are received.
• Optimise delivery of products using supplier delivery schedules.
• Collate necessary administration for export logistics.
• Building strong working relationships with International Sales Managers.
• Create commercial opportunities from nominated customers through acting as their point of contact, developing account plans, conducting product reviews, sales budgeting, implementing promotional campaigns, handling pricing queries and complying with internal reporting requirements.
• Monitor and track customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
• Answering inbound calls and queries.
• Initial point of contact for all visitors.
• Ensure product information is maintained and kept up-to-date.
• Calculate supplier agreed accruals.

• Previous experience in supply chain and exporting is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Great attention to detail.
