Client Services Agent

GBP30,000 Basic Salary + Commission Structure.
Realistic OTE GBP50K+
Our client is looking for a confident, focused and target driven Client Services Agent to join their team in Central London. The role is office based and centres around your ability to value properties and communicate effectively with potential clients. This is an exciting role for a Real Estate Professional who is looking for as move into a fast-paced environment. Sleepers need not apply! Successful candidates will possess the following qualities:

• Experience in property and/or sales required.
• Knowledge of the London housing market.
• Excels in the art of negotiation and objection handling.
• Confident and articulate can build rapport with clients quickly.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Approaches work with a mature, professional attitude.
• Thrives under pressure and is confident working to ambitious targets.
• Remains positive and resilient under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating with new clients over the phone, understanding their requirements and identifying their need for a quick sale.
• Researching properties online and analysing against comparative. properties to formulate an accurate cash offer.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships by reassuring and guiding clients throughout the opening process.
• Updating Salesforce consistently and accurately, to monitor leads and strengthen the sales funnel.
• Working closely with the operations and marketing teams to guide initiatives and processes and provide insight and feedback.
