Client Services Analyst Belfast £160/D Hybrid Contract Banking

Client Services Analyst | Hybrid 3 days per week in the office | Banking | Belfast | £140-160/d Inside IR35 | Maternity 10 months

Our Investment Banking client is seeking a talented Client Services Analyst to join their team.

This 10 month contract, client facing position is an intermediate-level position is responsible for providing clients with resolutions and support in co-ordination with the wider Client Service team.

You will be an enthusiastic and energetic team player, with a strong work ethic and substantial previous experience in a similar role.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Perform monthly MIS to review client performance, make suggestions on how to optimise the clients flow through system and client analysis.
• Provide clients with clear and concise updates relating to market events, delays or technology issues
• Complete trade lifecycle, cash and collateral, static and FX processing along with regular client service reviews
• Be part of the FDC client franchise by managing a portfolio of high-profile global clients across ETD/OTC cleared

Essential skills & experience:

• Substantial experience in a similar role
• Great communicator both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a Financial Services environment (Desirable)
• Excellent stakeholder management skill with great rapport building
• Excel, MIS & PowerPoint

• Proven investigative and analytical skills
• Proven project management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
