Avocet Commercial is working with one of the nation's top 100 firms to work for, who prides itself on being committed to making a real difference within its local community and has a great opportunity for a Client Services Assistant to join their team.
This role can be based in any of their award-winning offices in either Exeter, Truro or Taunton.
As Client Services Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring all new and existing clients receive a top quality client experience from start to finish.
Duties include:
- Working as Front of House and being the first point of contact for all internal and external clients
- Recording necessary information accurately while delivering a high level of customer care
- Taking ownership of client queries and ensuring they are guided to the correct channels efficiently.
- Liaising and working with various departments to ensure
- General team admin duties as required
The successful Client Services Assistant will be able to demonstrate the below skills and attributes:
- Previous working knowledge within a customer service/ client care focused environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to be organised and work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- IT Proficient including Microsoft Office and Teams
- Experience working within Legal Services would be advantageous, but not essential.
