Client Services Consultant

Realistic OTE GBP50K+
GBP30,000 Basic Salary + Commission Structure
Our client is looking for a confident, focused and target driven Client Services Consultant to join their team, to work alongside their progression and underwriting teams. Successful candidates will possess the following qualities:

• Confident and articulate - is able to build rapport with clients quickly Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Excels in the art of negotiation and objection handling Approaches work with a mature, professional attitude
• Thrives under pressure and is confident working to ambitious targets Remains positive and resilient under pressure
• Experience in property and/or sales preferred

Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating with new clients over the phone, understanding their requirements and identifying their need for a quick sale
• Researching properties online and analysing against comparative properties to formulate an accurate cash offer
• Building and maintaining positive relationships by reassuring and guiding clients throughout the opening process
• Updating Salesforce consistently and accurately, to monitor leads and strengthen the sales funnel
• Working closely with the operations and marketing teams to guide initiatives and processes, and provide insight and feedback
