Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

The role:
- Warmly greet and welcome tenants and clients upon arrival
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Coordinate guest reservations and appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Provide information about company services and amenities.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance.
