As a Client Services Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution and outstanding service delivery for one of their Managed Training Services (MTS) clients. Your responsibilities will span project management, stakeholder communication, process optimisation, and administrative tasks. If you’re passionate about driving excellence and building strong client relationships, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage extensive training outsourcing projects.
• Coordinate customer requirements and define clear project goals
• Document the process landscape and optimise existing processes.
• Create detailed project frameworks and execute project plans.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, control activities, and provide reports to project committees.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with the sales department to secure MTS projects.
• Plan training services, including scheduling dates, assigning trainers, and booking rooms.
• Manage participant registrations, bookings, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee trainer management, ensuring their availability and performance.
• Provide exceptional customer support through written communication and telephone interactions.
• Verify invoices and handle invoicing processes.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the training or education sector.
• Prior experience in customer support, both written and verbal.
