BRC are partnering with a dynamic and forward-thinking charity based in Bath to recruit their Client Service Director and make a real impact on people's lives! We're seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Client Services team and drive the delivery of vital programs and support.

As the Client Service Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of our services to those in need. You'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, develop innovative strategies, and make a meaningful difference in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the Client Services team to deliver exceptional support and care to our beneficiaries.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service offerings and meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Client Services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organisation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and funders to maximize support for programs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the nonprofit sector, preferably in Client Services or social services.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, empower, and inspire a diverse team.
• A driver with access to a car
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to our mission and values, with a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the community.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and best practices in the charity sector.
