Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be exclusively supporting the growth of a professional services firm who are looking to recruit a Client Services Executive into their Birmingham office, on a Part Time.
This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding client service to clients and internal staff.
The Role
- Overseeing the day to day running of the reception area
- Setting up onsite events and coordinating meeting rooms
- Welcoming all clients and ensuring they have exceptional service throughout their stay
- Liaising with the facilities team
- Administration tasks
- Supporting hospitality at times
- Eye for detail, ensuring a tidy work environment
About You
- Experience working in a professional services/Client Services role
- Passionate about 5 client service
- Super personable
- Eye for detail
- Extremely organised
- Works well in a team and independently
Job Offer
- Monday to Thursday / 9am to 2pm
- Up to 23,000 (FTE)
- Birmingham City Centre Based
