A well-established boutique Wealth Management firm based in Leeds.
The Role
The Client Services Executive will work in the Leeds office of this established Wealth Management company to assist the Investment Partners and Wealth Planning Directors in providing full administrative support.
The Client Services Executive will provide outstanding service to clients both internal and external alongside any third-party providers.
The Client Services Executive is expected to maintain and develop relationships with private clients.
The Client Services Executive will ensure to follow processes, including tasks such as end to end management of account opening, onboarding, and transfer processes.
The Client Services Executive is expected to consult with investment operations teams when needed as well as process payments and amend client accounts, ensuring that financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently and fully FCA compliant.
The Client Services Executive will be proactive in providing updates to both clients and advisers as well as arranging client meetings where necessary for the Wealth Management Investment Directors.
The Client Services Executive will liaise with all relevant providers/ third parties.
The Candidate
2-5 years’ experience working in Client Services or Client Support in the Financial Services, ideally Wealth Management, investment management or financial planning.
Good organisational skills and is able to prioritise the workload efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written skills with good attention to detail.
Confident in MS Word, Adobe Sign and CRM
The ability to use their own judgement to propose solutions to problems.
