Sue Ross Recruitment are currently recruiting a Client Services Lead on behalf of our clients in the charity sector who genuinely care about the environment. If you are you looking for a role that will allow you to make a positive impact to the environment this is a great role for you! Our client are looking to recruit this role on either a full time or part time role.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing the inbox and responding to client queries within 24 hours
- Scheduling and hosting regular meetings
- Identifying new areas for improvement and success
- Delivering onboard training to new clients
- Working closely with other department Managers
Our client’s offices are based in Sheffield City Centre, however you will be able to work remotely for this role. To be considered for this role you must have previous experience of working in a similar role and ideally have experience of using Xero, although this is not necessary.
