We are working with a wonderful and people-focused agency, to assist in finding a strategically minded Client Strategy Account Director to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Strategy Services Manager with digital channel experience to step up in their career, and take day-day responsibility for client relationships, x-channel strategy and campaign delivery. You’ll be working across several client accounts, ensuring an A+ service is provided, ultimately ensuring revenue growth and identifying upsell opportunities.
This role will involve:
- Becoming the primary point of contact for digital campaigns (Paid social, paid search, SEO, Programmatic display etc…);
- Create and present high quality RTBs;
- Timely and budget-conscious delivery of core campaigns;
- Financial oversight for monthly revenue generation for your designated client portfolio;
- Identifying opportunities to up and cross sell to increase client spend;
- Collaboratively working alongside the Managing Director, CEO and other Client Strategy Directors.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years Client Strategy management experience within a performance agency;
- Strong digital channel experience (particularly across PPC and SEO);
- A strong commercial mindset;
- The ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective business relationships.
