Wild Recruitment have partnered up with a modern, innovative and growing business in Milton Keynes who are a leader in their market.

Seeking Client Success Executive who is passionate about customers and have a real desire to help. You will be supporting with queries, as little or as big as they are you must treat every customer as they are as important as the next. You will assist with custom build programmes and understand your client well. As part of this role they are always looking at ways to improve their service and want you to contribute to putting forward new innovative ways to make the customer experience even better.

It is essential for this position to build strong relationships and enjoy doing so. You must be confident on the phone, and have great communication skills with good questioning and listening skills.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience in analysing data.

Salary: up to £28,000 + annual bonus

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30-17:00

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients designing programmes altered to their needs.

- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with your pool of clients.

- Anticipate Customer's requirements and possible challenges.

- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to build Customer testimonials and referrals.

- Support Account and Sales Managers

- Share client feedback and requests that would feed into the product development process.

Skills and experience

- Track record of working with customers in different platforms and environments

- Ability to understand customers needs

- Great interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

- Data driven with ability to process and analyse

- Ability to work in fast pace environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong Microsoft Office skills
