Job Title: Client Success Executive
Location: Solihull
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week (potential for hybrid working)
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 basic (+ Commission)

- Minimum 1 Year Sales Experience: Ideally, you have at least one year of experience in sales, preferably within a B2C context. However, we also value those who are enthusiastic about embracing a new challenge.
The role:
- Proactively engage with potential clients (parents, students, adults) through both inbound and outbound lead channels, conducting comprehensive needs assessments to gain insights into their educational aspirations
- Match students with the most suitable tutors, setting up free trial lessons where suitable to develop customized educational strategy
- Maintain open lines of communication with potential leads, utilizing email, phone, and chat mediums
- Cultivate relationships to establish consumer confidence to guide customers towards enrolling on an educational subscription plan
- Collaborate with teachers and admin team to ensure a seamless onboarding journey for new clients, communicating effectively the needs of the student to provide a tailored lesson experience
Experience Required:
- Telesales: 1 year (preferred B2C)
- Knowledge in the UK/IE Education sector or as a tutor is a plus!

- Solihull, West Midlands, with potential for hybrid work
