We are currently seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Altrincham office.

Client Success Manager - Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their dedicated point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and strategic consultations

- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment goals and offer tailored advertising solutions to meet their unique needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of services

- Proactively monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering regular reports to clients, along with actionable insights and recommendations to optimise their results

- Serve as the internal advocate for clients, working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to address client feedback and provide input for product enhancements

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital advertising best practices, ensuring our clients receive cutting-edge insights to maximise their recruitment efforts

- Optimising and posting client branded adverts

- Data entry in our Applicant Tracking System and keeping the CRM up to date

Client Success Manager - You:

- Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day is different

- Has a professional telephone manner and is comfortable dealing with both outbound and inbound phone calls

- Is an effective written communicator with great spelling and grammar, and a high level of attention to detail

- Is naturally curious about the business world and enjoys learning about a variety of industries and sectors
