Client Support Administrator - 3 Month Ftc

Search Consultancy are looking for an Administrator to join our clients Delivery Performance team with an immediate start. This is a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract based in Eurocentral for initial training for 2 weeks, then you will be able to work fully remotely with the occasional on site day, so you must be able to drive for this opportunity as the location is limited for public transport.

This opportunity is working full time Monday - Friday (10am-6pm) OR (11am-7pm), however you will occasionally work the odd weekend shift, on a alternative basis, rotating with your team. The salary is 30,000 per annum + bonus.

This opportunity will consist of:

• Identify and resolve any parcels that are at risk of not been delivered under the time frame, by utilising the internal systems and proactively communicate with couriers
• Maintain up-to-date and high-quality information in network-wide share points
• Take the lead in identifying risks and implementing solutions for high-volume rounds, peak days, bank holidays, weekends, by collaborating with couriers
• Evaluate customer enquiries and liaise with local couriers in order to resolve in a timely manner
• Support the team by sending out training to couriers and checking their compliance
• Be responsible for generating reports using Excel and SAP on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis to provide insights into performance and high risk parcels/time frames
• Dealing with daily reports for the delivery team and high risk parcels that may not be met in time and communicate with the client/customer

You must be confident:

• Extracting data and information from excel spreadsheets
• Be confident using excel using pivot tables and extraction tools
• Ensure you are competent working on your own timescales and comfortable working with high volumes of information
