The Role
We are looking for someone to join our Client Support team.
To ensure our clients receive the best customer experience from start to finish.

This is a busy role, with the team taking around 400 - 600 calls on a daily basis from a whole host of Clients requesting to speak to HR, HS & Client Support Teams.
So, we need strong communicators, who can work under pressure, yet remain calm and collected!
Is this you?
The role is solely a phone-based position, you will be speaking to people at all levels, you will be answering calls back-to-back, asking key information, recording this information per client and transferring the Client to the correct Department efficiently and effectively.

We are open to backgrounds, so whether that be proven experience in a Call Centre capacity dealing with a high volume of calls, or in an Inbound customer service position across any sector.

What is important to us, is that you can work at pace, able to ask the right questions, potentially delving a little deeper at times to make sure we understand who they need to speak to, teamwork and most importantly POSITIVITY!
