Client Support Manager Apprenticeship

A really exciting opportunity has arisen at our financial adviser offices based in luxury offices near Furzton Lake, Milton Keynes for a Client Support Manager apprentice.

This is an amazing opportunity to enter the world of financial services, with no previous experience required, just a willingness to learn.

This role will include sitting on client meetings between a financial adviser and their client, taking notes of the discussion and subsequently completing a document detailing their affairs.

Confidentiality is therefore essential for this role.

This is not a sales role with the priority ensuring that clients receive the best service possible. No experience is required as full training will be provided.

This is an interesting role where there will be a balance between sitting on client meetings and working in the office completing other important functions. This role offers a fabulous opportunity to become involved in the financial services industry undertaking interesting work.

Other tasks would include -

• Producing valuations of client investment portfolios
• Contacting providers regarding client information
• Scanning in client documents

Full training will be given with plenty of scope for development in a number of different areas.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual likely to be at GCSE or A level standard (or equivalent).

Hours worked will be 8.00 until 5.00 weekdays (no weekend work) with generally an early finish on a Friday.

Starting salary would be GBP17,000-GBP18,500 dependent on experience, with plenty of room to develop for the right candidates.
