The Role:
The role would involve working with the client servicing teams to help manage and ensure the team runs efficiently to enable the overall success of the company.
Due to it being fast paced in a growing firm, this would suit someone with extensive management experience, who can have a forward thinking and positive impact on the team.
The Required Skills:
- Experience working within a similar management role for a Wealth Management company
- Ability to analyse data and implement action plans
- Excellent leadership skills to be able to line manage a team
- Forward thinking individual who can look to implement change.
- Industry relevant qualifications desirable
