In this role you will be central to helping us advance this ambition by ensuring our client/tenant voice informs our decisions, service design and quality of service performance monitoring.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and running initiatives which engage and empower Southdown’s client and tenants, in turn fostering active client/Tenant Involvement, and ensuring services are shaped with their voices, lived experiences and priorities in mind.
• Ensure Service areas respond to customer complaints and feedback with timely and meaningful responses and that Service areas learn from complaints and feedback.
• Support the realisation of our Client/Tenant Voice Strategy and Framework across Southdown, developing and delivering initiatives, systems, processes and ways of working that enable best practice in client/tenant engagement and involvement approaches and over time a transition to more client/tenant codesign and coproduction.
