We are looking for someone with excellent Admin Manager experience with proven people management skills and experience.
You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of services and teams delivering high quality Clinical Administration across the organisation and ensuring effective support and timely responses in accordance with agreed governance framework.
There will be a strong focus on the management and coaching of team leads and team members to ensure delivery of services and the motivation, development and well-being of all Clinical Administrators.
