About the role:

We are looking for a Clinical Admin Manager to lead our Clinical Admin team. You will be responsible for managing and developing our clinical services team which currently consists of 11 administrators and multi professional coordinators, to achieve their full potential.

You will have excellent communication skills for effective liaison between departments, the ability to manage people with compassion and sensitivity, and possess a positive and forward-thinking attitude to lead the team by example.

Our patients and their families are at the heart of everything we do, and this role will contribute to develop our client responsive services.

About you:

You will have the ability to develop smarter working practices whilst ensuring compliant and effective management of the team. You will possess strong leadership skills, and be experienced in managing staff and service users in a sensitive and pressured environment.

You will also be proficient in using Excel, Word, and Database systems.
