Clinical Administrator

Westbury Group Practice are looking for an experienced Clinical Administrator to provide efficient support within our administration department.  The role will include the processing of new patient registrations, a high volume of incoming letters, clinical coding, medical reports and SAR’s requests as well as dealing with all related queries, by telephone, email or in person.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, reliable individual with first class organisational skills, and the following attributes:

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Friendly & professional manner

·       Attention to detail

·       Ability to prioritise workload effectively

·       Thorough understanding of patient confidentiality

·       Previous experience in a GP Practice setting

·       Knowledge of Systmone an advantage

Up to 37.5 hours per week

Core hours between 8am – 6.30pm are required to be covered
