We are looking for a part time Clinical Coordinator to join our administration team of adaptable, friendly, polite and caring individuals who enjoy working as a team with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
This Clinical Coordinator role will be at the Louth County hospital (LN11 0EU), providing administrative support to the clinical team.
What you'll be doing
As our Clinical Coordinator, you will provide a comprehensive clinical administration service to the unit ensuring that all patients are treated in a professional and courteous manner, endorsing the patient centred approach of the team.
You will also be efficient in ensuring drug supplies are in stock and necessary checks are carried out. You will be experienced in conducting audits, scheduling patients in for appointments and ensuring treatment rooms are adequately stocked, tidy and fit for purpose.
This role is part time of 17 hours per week on Wednesdays and Fridays 8:00 - 17:00
What we’ll look for in you
You will be the first contact for our customers and a good telephone manner coupled with a customer orientated approach is essential for this role, as well as:
- Experience of working with the general public
- Administrative work experience
- Excellent administration skills
- Ability to remain calm in difficult/stressful situations and under pressure
- A great team player
- Sound knowledge and understanding of IT and software packages Flexible approach to working hours

- A full time equivalent basic salary of £22,383 (prorata to £10,147 per annum for the 17 hours work)
