Key Responsibilities: As a Clinical Deputy Home Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Home Manager in day-to-day operations and management of the care home.
- Leading and inspiring the care team to provide excellent standards of care.
- Supporting improvements in line with CQC guidelines and driving quality standards.
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents, employees, and visitors.
- Taking responsibility for health, safety, and welfare within the care home.
- Deputizing in the overall management, including the production of reports and budget management.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home setting.
- Understanding of quality and clinical governance programs.
- Ability to create comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
- Strong leadership skills with a positive and motivating approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
