Clinical Deputy Manager

Bright Selection are delighted to represent an established care home provider in their search for a Clinical Deputy Home Manager for their home in the Surbiton area.

We are keen to hear from experienced Clinical Leads and Deputy Managers looking for a new challenge. This provider is passionate about developing careers and are set to grow over the coming years which will bring exciting new opportunities to progress.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Home Manager
• Clinical Team leadership providing strong clinical knowledge and management to ensure the high standards are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship centred care, clinical care and dementia care.
• Ensuring all statutory and regulatory standards are met and are aligned to codes of conduct and company procedures.

Requirements

• You will be Nurse Qualified with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical experience, including medication administration and audits
• Experienced in leadership of care teams
• Proven track record in a care home environment
• IT Literate
• A passion for delivering the highest standard of person-centred care for all residents.
