Setting: Dementia Care Home (mild/complex dementia
Location: Wokingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: up to £55,000 per annum depending on skills/experience

Our client, a fantastic award-winning care provider, is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join their state-of-the-art care home in Wokingham. This care home provides exceptional care and support for residents with mild to complex dementia, and we are looking for someone with a strong clinical background to help lead and develop the dedicated care team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the care team, ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.
• Conduct audits, clinical supervisions, and 1-1 reviews to maintain and improve care quality.
• Upskill and mentor the care team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
• Manage the care home in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
• Act as a positive role model to the team, demonstrating best practices and a commitment to excellence.
• Work closely with the Home Manager and team to ensure high standards of quality and compliance are continuously achieved.
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid UK nurse PIN.
• Strong background in complex dementia/mental health care.
• Must have relevant experience within a care home
• Excellent clinical and leadership skills.
• Ability to be a calming and supportive influence to both staff and residents.
• Passionate about providing high-quality care and improving the lives of residents.
• Must live in the UK with the right to work.
• A stable work history.
