Clinical Director (Salary Up To £75,000 Per Annum Doe)

We are a well-equipped 4 site group of practices in Truro, Newquay, Tregony and Camborne and we are looking for a vet to come and join us as our Clinical Director.

We are looking for a confident experienced Vet, who has a passion for mentoring and leadership and a drive for implementing ongoing improvement and effective processes that will enable improvement. This could be a step up for you and a brilliant opportunity to lead and nurture a friendly, close knit, team or you may have already been in a similar role. You will have autonomy to lead your team to deliver on our key areas; people, clinical, client and commercial and you will be supported by our excellent support teams and your Regional Director. Our aim is to deliver exceptional customer care to our local loyal clients and the best possible contextualised clinical care to our patients.

We can offer a full time role working 4 or 5 days per week. There is flexibility around days and hours worked – please get in touch with us to discuss further! You will be working across all of our sites, therefore it is essential you are competent working sole charge as we are looking for someone who can support the team and work at our branch surgeries as well.

A well-established group with loyal clients, we provide in-house referrals for medicine and surgery. We offer our own 24-hour hospitalisation and out-of-hours team so no OOH duties will be required with this role except day time weekends (1 in 6).

This is a role which will allow you to maintain your clinical skills whilst utilising and developing people leadership and business management skills. Experience in the promotion and development of colleagues along with good knowledge of practice financial stability and growth would be an advantage.
