Clinical Dispensing Specialist – Medical Technology – South UK

Our client is a global leader in Medical Device Technology and as part of an expansion due to business success, they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Dispensing Specialist to their Medication Management Technology division to take responsibility for the support, training and education of their Dispensing customer base within the Acute Sector.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Provide in depth training on the full dispensing portfolio to their dispensing customer base
• Provide process optimisation services to all Dispensing and Clinical Customers
• Collaborate with service support in troubleshooting activities at customer sites
• Actively work with the local team members to support and promote product portfolio including customer presentations and product promotion at tenders
• Provide support in new product launches (eg. digital technology)
• Actively work with the marketing team in the development of marketing and support material

Preferred Experience/ Profile:

• Ideally Pharmacy Technician / NMC Registered Nursing background
• Experience with robotic systems is desirable
• Goal orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Confidence delivering presentations, education and training to HCPs
• High personal accountability & integrity
• Proactive and solution focussed with the ability to take initiative
• Passion to “make a difference” to advancing the world of health
• Ability to assimilate complexity and to handle multiple-priorities
• Self-motivated – demonstrates personal drive and ambition, fostering innovation, focusing on delivery
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at all levels
