As a Clinical Effectiveness & Improvement Facilitator you will: Be responsible for working with a range of health care professionals to support and facilitate the Clinical Effectiveness activities of the Trust and to bring about a demonstrable improvement in patient care. Act as a key resource for the Trust services in contributing to the development of audit and quality improvement programmes. Plan, co-ordinate and undertake clinical audit. This will include planning of projects, developingaudit tools, collecting and analysing data; interpreting findings, preparing reports, monitoring action plans and reporting any issues to the relevant clinical groups. Promote the discussion and monitoring of NICE guidance within nominated services, reporting any issues of concern to the SeniorClinical Effectiveness and Improvement facilitator..
