SalaryWe are hoping to find someone who works well with a pharmacy team. You will also need the skills to be able to work within the wider multi-disciplinary team of nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals. You will want to develop and improve the reliability and quality of our clinical pharmacy service. You will be passionate about wanting to support patients and their families through their recovery process and about managing and optimising medicines collaboratively. Some mentor or management experience is desirable, but full training in this area will be provided. We also have a comprehensive Quality Improvement Training that you will be able to get involved in. Independent prescribing is desirable, if do not hold must be willing to work towards this. Please for further information see the JD and PS attached.
