A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a warm and friendly purpose built nursing home based in Stanley.
The service provides person centred care to elderly residents including general nursing and residential care. The home boasts a brilliant reputation for the high-quality care that they provide.
As a Clinical Lead Nurse you will:

• Ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care possible
• Be expected to promote independence and dignity, while also enhancing the lives of those in our care
• Be responsible for driving quality standards and ensuring that our Home is in compliance with CQC guidelines
• Be responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment for all residents, employees, and visitors
• Work closely with the Home Manager and take on day-to-day management responsibilities.

To succeed you will be:

• An experienced Registered Nurse with knowledge of quality and clinical governance processes, including audit and care services
• Can lead a team effectively and ensure that rotas are in place to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of the home
• Expertise in creating comprehensive risk assessments and care plans, as well as knowledge of regulatory frameworks
• Confident in managing all aspects of medication management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
• Capable of supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
• Passionate about providing excellent care and supporting the residents and their families
