Sirona’s Integrated Diabetes and Nutrition Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated clinician with a passion for service improvement to join our team as the Clinical Lead for Nutrition and Dietetics, delivering NHS services to the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ( BNSSG) area.
Joining the existing team of clinical and operational leads, you will provide knowledge, experience and support to an integrated team of Dietitians and Specialist Diabetes Nurses.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop in leading service delivery and improvement. You will be passionate in delivering high quality services and have experience of working within community services and as part of larger integrated health and social care system

The purpose of this role is to provide, strong, visible and credible senior Clinical Leadership within the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Diabetes and Nutrition Services in the planning, provision, development and improvement of service.
The role will encompass Clinical Leadership across the whole Diabetes and Nutrition service, with a focus on the development, implementation and monitoring of standards of Nutrition and Dietetics.
To be completed in conjunction with the other service Clinical Leads and, Clinical and Operational Lead.
The role will have a clinical focus, ensuring the provision of high-quality clinical care, ensuring clinical effectiveness and efficiency. The Clinical Lead for Nutrition and Dietetics will support clinical supervision within the service. The role will include holding a small complex clinical caseload of patients within the Nutrition and Dietetics pathway.
The post holder will work closely with other clinical and operational leads to ensure consistent delivery of safe and effective education delivery and maintain a strong multi-professional ethos of professional respect, understanding and contributing to the delivery of Sirona’s vision and values.
