Clinical Lead Therapist Urgent Community Response (Ucr)

Location: SE London

We are looking for a band 7 candidate for a position starting on the 06/05/2024. This is a full time position (37.5hrs)

Contract length: 3 months from start date

Shift pattern: 8-4/12-8 Monday to friday, 8-8 Saturday-Sunday

Job description:

• Leading on and implementation of the falls pick up service within UCR, therapy assessments (whether as an individual assessment or part of an MDT assessment) Advanced clinical assessments whether as an individual assessment or part of an MDT assessment

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years post registration experience, with 3 years at Band 6/senior level experience of working at a senior level in a community rehabilitation setting
• Experience of working in A&E/Emergency
• Community working experience
