Are you a Nurse looking to take the next step in your career or experienced Clinical Lead just looking for a change? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join a welcoming team in Poole. This Clinical Lead role comes with a generous salary of £53,000p/a and excellent benefits package.
Working with the Home Manager and Quality Assurance team, the Clinical Lead will be responsible for ensuring effective and safe clinical practice, monitoring standards via audits and observations, reviewing policies, implementing action plans and providing reports as required
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
- Provide leadership, support and supervision for clinical and care staff as advised by the Home Manager
- Research, devise and deliver written and verbal training modules and workshops to improve care delivery
- Provide feedback to the Home Manager on any areas of staff improvement
To apply for this job, you must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and demonstrable post-registration experience. You will also require:
- Managing or Senior experience
- Previous experience working as a Senior Nurse staff nurse or registered nurse in a Care Home environment (desirable)
- People Management experience
- Possess a committed and organised approach
