As the Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the standards of care delivered by both qualified and unqualified care staff.
- Assisting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and business goals.
- Preparing the staff duty rota to maintain appropriate staffing levels at all times.
- Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, updating care plans as necessary, and ensuring written records reflect any changes.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, their relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals.
As the Clinical Lead, you'll receive:
- An hourly salary of 21.93.

- Hold a valid NMC PIN.
