Ideal candidate skills:
- Ideally suitable for someone with approximately 2 years of PQE and who demonstrates the skills and knowledge
- The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and ambitious solicitor capable of working with a degree of autonomy and possess the drive to succeed
- Strong IT skills
- The high degree of initiative and the ability to manage your time and your workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to use these to promote the team and the firm both internally and externally
- A willingness to learn, to drive your own career progression and be proactive in achieving this
