I’m delighted to be recruiting for my Client who are based in Barnsley for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their very well established and respected Practice.

You will be joining a highly experienced Team who offer specialist quality legal advice.

Due to development and expansion of the department, they are now seeking an additional Solicitor to take on some excellent cases of which you will run on average 50+ caseloads.

The successful Candidate will have experience of handling caseloads of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating cases and be proficient in representing Clients before District Judges.

You will manage your caseloads with complete autonomy

Requirements**

0-3 years PQE Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Ability to prioritise caseloads

Motivated and driven

Must have proven experience of billing in excess of £200,000

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 0900 – 1715

Salary Package

£42,500

Profit Share: An annual profit share of 25% of all fees billed and received over and above £200,000. (This will come into effect after the first 12 months of employment)

My Client is likely to become an EOT (Employee Owned Trust) in the future, and the successful candidate would be considered for early directorship and equity share. Realistic bonuses achievable of £25,000 to £50,000 (based upon previous department billing)
