We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our rapidly developing and successful surgical Sales support Team.
These are newly created roles in order to help meet the ever-growing demand for our products and services within the surgical division.
As the Clinical Nurse Advisor you will be responsible for managing existing relationships within the medical sector across our multi-use surgical range which includes Gowns, Drapes & Tray Wrap. You will nuture and expand the existing clients by delivering outstanding customer service, advising converting clinicians and their team of the benefits of reusable surgical textiles.
Key Duties
- To retain and develop existing business within the NHS & Private Healthcare sector.
- Full accountability for all sales activities in assigned territory for all hospitals & customers (NHS & Private) for multi-use Surgical Gowns
- Accurate & regular forecasting against the regional strategy in association with the Account Director (account objectives, sales, opportunities etc).
- Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including Surgeons, OPD's.
- To have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the company products, services, policies and objectives.
- Development of business plans in order to optimise new business sales.
- Work closely with the local matrix team (Account Director, General Manager,& Customer Relationship Manager) to support account wins.

Role requirements
- Registered General Nurse with theatre/scrub experience(Band 5 or higher)
- Registered Operating Department Practitioner - Scrub
- Proven track record in healthcare industry and medical device market
- Experience of influencing both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Ability to persuade and influence people at all levels and develop good working relationships that promote team working.
- Experience of implementing continuous improvement programmes
- Full UK driver's licence
