Clinical Nurse Manager 2, Anaesthetics/Recovery

Cpl Healthcare is delighted to have partnered with a leading hospital group, providing high-quality healthcare in Ireland. Key locations within the group include JCI accredited hospitals in Waterford, Kilkenny, Kildare and Dublin.

As CNM2 Anaesthetics/Recovery, the successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Theatre Manager and other members of the inter-professional team, ensuring that the use of the Theatre and Outpatients Department is effective, and that nurse led discharge is promoted. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day management of services.

To be considered for the role, interested applicants are also required to meet the following criteria:

• Be Registered General Nurse with The Nursing and Midwifery Bord of Ireland (NMBI).
• At least 5 year’s post registration experience – essential.
• Management experience in a similar environment is desirable.
• Must have strong organisation and problem solving skills.
• Must possess in date ACLS and PEARS or in pursuit of same
• Have completed a Management Course or commit to undertake same.
• Display evidence of continuing professional development.
• Have experience in change management.
